Transform Yourself to HEAL
Being born with epilepsy, the author grew up mostly having to take care of her physical health without ever even asking herself if there could have been another way to heal herself because she did not know of this possibility.
For several years she lived with unsatisfactory emotional relationships and years later when she was diagnosed with HIV, she became aware and was more conscientious of this emotional need knowing that she was not taking care of herself in a global way and that this well-being was necessary for health.
She is also very happy to have met Miss Houle as she helped her a lot on her path towards global health which helped her take responsibility in order to create an abundant health for herself by taking care of her health on different levels. Physically, emotionally and spiritually.
In this book, the author shares her story, and the healing and transformational experiences which she went through in the courses and who have also allowed her to find her authentic self, the lightness and freedom of creating health for herself, her relationships and her life. During those years she took courses in massage therapy and nature therapies which she still practices today and is a part of well-being.
She is sharing all this with the intention of informing you on the possibilities that we all have to create an abundant health for ourselves in order to live life at its best with a certain well-being. Now she can say that she sees life in a different way and with all its possibilities by using all her capabilities to be at her best while being responsible for taking care of her health globally.

VITAMIN A (Retinol)
Strengthens resistance of the immune system to infections, even in Aids, where there have been many types of research done. According to Scientific, a supplement between 13000-20000 units of vitamin A daily can slow the disease down.
People with Aids are at least 200 times more vulnerable to having low levels of vitamin A than healthy people and this even when they get it regularly in their food.
Doctors can also predict the life expectancy of people with the disease by measuring the concentrations of Retinol in the blood1. Studies have shown that people with severe lung disease have very low level of vitamin A, a that if those patients supplement with vitamin A, they ameliorate their pulmonary function2.
According to research, vitamin A allows the body to use insulin more effectively by helping the hormone to have a better blood sugar level in the cells of the body.
Reinforces the immune system and her advantage is that there is a conversion of it into vitamin A, which fights against infections, It is also important to note that beta-Carotene stimulates the immune system regardless of its cleverness to convert into another vitamin.
Beats chronic infections and chronic viruses. According to research, a dose of 30 mg daily for more than two months produces a significant increase in the immune system1. A lack of this nutrient is prominent is people and children with the Aids virus2. A dose of 180 mg daily has helped patients to increase their immune cells.
The protection of beta-carotene against different kind of cancers is spread mostly to cancer of the lungs, the stomach and breast 4.5. It also showed its effectiveness in reducing the activity of the cells in the colon, therefore reducing cancer of the colon3.
The antioxidant action of beta-carotene plays an important role in the prevention of heart and artery disease. It has a protective effect in the case of angina in which patients have had a great reduction in chest pain when on a natural beta-carotene diet. Besides that, it is known for increases the protection level of cholesterol (HDL) 5.
B VITAMIN GROUP
The B vitamin complex is usually lacking in people with HIV/AIDS and also when taking antivirals then a supplement is necessary. Personally, when I take my B complex, it is a liquid form that I take on an empty stomach when I get up in the morning and mostly to reduce stress and help my nervous system.
By taking this supplement in a complex, each vitamin dosage is balanced and I also benefit from all the advantages of the nutrients in the B group.
The repercussions of an insufficient consumption of B12 vitamin are not so good, even a moderately lower reduction than normal in the blood can inflict considerable damage to the brain and nervous system1.
Vegetarians and older people, smokers, and people with Aids are all susceptible and also people with a long-term diarrhea problem2. The symptoms of anemia related to B12 will be there way before it will be detected in a blood test.
First, you can feel always tired or notice some indigestion. A woman could miss her menses. Other warning signs can be slow thinking, confusion, lack of memory or depression.
Because the nutrient is required for the body to fabricate Myelin, the membrane that covers the nerves. You can also notice a numbness or burning sensation in your feet. Peripheral Neuropathy can also be related to a vitamin B12 deficiency2. This vitamin also contributes as a deterrent in the mental deterioration that occurs in aids2..
Everyone knows that vitamin C is good for colds and infections and mostly because it gives a boost to the natural defenses. Almost all immune cells receive nutritional support but the ones that benefit the most are interferons, antibodies, and CD4 cells, they are the ones who lose vitamin C during a disease1.
At the Atkins center and in the majority of complementary physicist’s offices throughout the world, vitamin c is used for treating viruses. They treat chronic fatigue, reoccurring hepatitis’s, the herpes virus and even aids.
The success of the treatments depends on how much vitamin c the body can take. Most of them rely on the intestines tolerance, and when the body has too much temporary diarrhea develops.
The more serious the disease, the more vitamin C the body can tolerate because it has a bigger need. In certain cases of mononucleosis, hepatitis or aids, people can take up to 50 grams during the day without causing diarrhea2.
ASTHMA AND ALLERGIES
By taking supplements of a 1000 mg daily. It acts as an antihistaminic3. We will not see the benefits before several weeks because the concentration in the body must reach an adequate level.
For asthma, the risk of this of the inflammation of the pulmonary tissue increase when the consumption of vitamin C is low. There are at least 7 studies that show vitamin c in doses of 1-2 grams can improve the pulmonary function and diminish the risk of having an asthma attack4.
VITAMIN D (Benefits the bones)
Besides our diet, are skin fabricates vitamin D (from cholesterol) with a little direct sun? During fall and winter, older people that live in the northern hemisphere loose bone mass because of their lack of time spent outside.
People that work night shift and sick people are in real danger because of the lack of sun. Everybody who is at risk of vitamin D deficiency or that have a health related problem should protect themselves by taking 400-800 units per day.
Skeletal problems, particularly osteoporosis, have the most noticeable repercussions in not giving your body what it needs in nutrients. The vitality o the immune system goes directly up and down with the concentration of vitamin D in the body. And doctors can predict the lifespan of a person with Aids by their vitamin D level1.
When we get older, our skin loses its capacity to synthesize vitamin D with the sun. The intestines also are less able to absorb the nutrient so supplements are necessary. When a group of older people took 800 units every day along with calcium, the number of hip fractures diminished by 43%3.
Exposing your face and arms to the sunlight for twenty minutes a day for 4 months during the year should be enough. Other sources are necessary but in contrary to what the popular beliefs say, drinking milk is not the best source. The variety of milk available typically contains too many simple sugars, which increase blood sugar levels.
Finally, milk is very rich in Phosphorus which interferes with the metabolism of vitamin D and Calcium2. According to laboratory experiences, vitamin D stops tumors from spreading and reduces cancers by more than 50%4.
I take natural zinc lozenges when I have a cold and the symptoms go away faster. A paste made with zinc heals wounds. Zinc is also important for the immune system and especially for people with Aids. They are very often deficient in zinc which often significantly contributes to the decline of their already damaged immune system.
In order to restore the zinc, taking a 100 mg of zinc daily is one of the best strategies to stabilize the immune system and reduce complications of the disease1.
Taking supplements stimulates the production of white blood cells in the blood, one of the corposants that fights tumors of the immune system and that also supports the activity of our neutrophils, lymphocytes T and (NK) cells which naturally fight tumors2.
Zinc is also necessary to produce thymuline, the major hormone in the thymus gland3. Zinc is capable of balancing blood sugar on a long term basis4.. Zinc helps lower cholesterol in people with diabetes5.
A deficiency in Zinc can contribute to the most common cause of blindness, macular degeneration. Taking supplements between 100-200 mg daily can slow down the progressive deterioration of the retina that this condition causes6.
